Wheat Flour
Flour is the product obtained by grinding wheat kernels or "berries". The kernel consists of three distinct parts: Bran, the outer covering of the grain; Germ, the embryo contained inside the kernel; and the Endosperm, the part of the kernel that makes white flour. Enriched wheat flour may be a good source of iron, thiamine, niacin, calcium, and vitamin B6, in addition to the above nutrients. Whole wheat may be a decent source of several vitamins and minerals, including selenium, manganese, phosphorus, copper, and folate.
Wheat flour is a powder made from the grinding of wheat used for human consumption. more wheat flour is produced than any other flour. wheat varieties are called “soft” or “weak” if gluten content is low, and are called “hard” or “strong” if they have high gluten content.
